Overview

Krin Pixel is a digital agency based in Mumbai, India. This policy covers the information collected through krinpixel.com. It does not cover information handled inside a client project, which is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

What we collect

Only two things:

• Information you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive what you typed — typically your name, email address, company, website, and a description of your project. Timeline and budget fields are optional.
• Basic, aggregated analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of individual visitors.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the project you described.
• To prepare a scope and quote if we take the project forward.
• To understand, in aggregate, which parts of this site are worth improving.

We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact-form submission, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Processors we use

Contact form submissions are delivered through Formspree, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf in order to deliver your message and serve the site. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as they are commercially relevant — typically while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@krinpixel.com and we will act on it. You can also simply email us directly instead of using the form, if you prefer not to have a submission pass through a third-party service.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect information sent to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we do not claim it is — please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive material through the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new last-updated date.
